I'm not going to be able to make the meeting tonight due to work, otherwise I'd ask about this tonight.
With the way some peoples work schedules are in this area (week and week, 2x2) I am wondering if there is any way racing next year could be scheduled so that people working on the current race week could get a chance to race, not to mention a few from the slope that only get to race once a month.
I'll guarantee 1 chevy truck and 1 new car if they could actually make some races. I also have a guy that is planning on building a ford truck so he can race against the chevy I mentioned. Both of these guys are gearheads and love to compete against each other so I know if I get one the other will come.

Anyway, just trying to get more people involved. One of the reasons I hadnt tried to race sooner was because of work schedule vs race schedule.

EVERy Weekend! Remeber to look at the other side of things. we will definitely need more volunteers. ticketbooth, snackshack, lap counters etc...it's hard to find ppl to be consistant help...yet alone volunteer. It's already hard as it is. But i do think in the future the track is capable of more race days. so yeah find ppl and let me know

Suggestion: Next years race day's Empty People?

You plan more race day's and I'll find some volunteers....I believe that if you get people used to coming it will be one of the things they look forward to doing on the weekends. If there continues to be raceway improvements and special events people will come to the races. I'm sure everyone notices that during the events like the 50 lap, sprint car races with more than 2 cars, there are more people in the stands. Its too bad Anchorage/Willow dont have the same rules/classes or TCR could have a Anchorage area verses Kenai Peninsula event.(No B-stock in Willow?)
All in all I'm trying to get some races on other weeks because I know that I could get more cars/trucks.
